Not All Taekwon-do Clubs are the same!
XS Taekwon-do have produced a specially developed Taekwon-do program open to all age groups and fitness levels with a specially developed syllabus in place to tailor the training to your age and ability.
The varied lessons help to maintain students interest, so every lesson will be different to the next. While learning and practicing all aspects of Taekwon-Do including drill work, patterns, self-defence, pre-arranged sparring, free sparring and destruction, relevant to your age and grade. Led by a 5th Degree International Instructor with a team of professional full time Instructors.
XS Taekwon-do have friendly classes for every age group, from Dragons, for 3 & 4 years old, Rainbows for 5 to 8 years olds, Juniors - 9 to 16 years old and Adults from 17 years and above. Their Pay as you go option and a free training suit and the flexibility to train at numerous venues at various times, means there is a class for every member of your family.
