The West Lothian 50+ Network is a registered charity, started in 1994, and run by a committee of volunteers who work in partnership to advance and develop educational, recreational, social and cultural activities for the over 50’s in West Lothian.
Run by members for members the network provides an environment where people over 50 years old can get involved in a wide range of physical, social, educational and cultural activities, with the aim of keeping active in mind and body as well as combating social isolation. Meeting monthly, the group will arrange a number of engaging events and interesting speakers, offer over 30 special interest groups and run day trips, holidays, concerts, dinners and other events.
With a number of different activity groups and regular events and day trips/holidays, West Lothian 50 Plus Network provides a fantastic focal point for those looking to develop their social, educational and recreational involvement with likeminded people. Whether it’s fund-raising events, cycling, painting, enjoying a barbecue, Pilates or travelling to Europe and beyond, – West Lothian 50 Plus Network is a fantastic network that opens up many opportunities if you’re over 50.
