I would like to thank the veterinary team so much. We have had some really unpleasant and unnecessary experiences with our previous vets hence why we have moved practices but the care and communication I experienced today from your receptionist Sophie and the Vet (sorry I didn’t get her name) has been refreshing and reassuring, your team has been great, I am glad I was sent in the practices direction.

thank you to David and team for the assistance on Saturday. Emailed as wasn’t sure it was an emergency, received a call quickly to run through symptoms and asked to come down to the surgery. New system on arrival very efficient and works well. Thank you for treating him so quickly and thankfully he is back to his happy self!
