Office Work Stations – £150.00 (plus VAT) per calendar month per work station

We have introduced a new Service – Office Share. Businesses working individually and together – sharing ideas, resources, contacts and forward plans to assist in their quest for success.

Based at our Business and Serviced Office Centre at 6 Whitburn Road, Bathgate, West Lothian – you will have your own work space in your shared Office.

Benefitting anyone who needs instant, flexible and ready to work-in office space. Bathgate Business Centre offers up to 30 work units ideally suited to new start-ups and home workers who wish to have a cost effective flexible office solution.

The cost of sharing an office is substantially lower than taking on an office on your own. Once your business grows you can then take that next step into your own office.


We offer excellent Virtual Office Services which can be tailored to your exact requirements.

We have a number of Meeting rooms available for hire on an hourly or daily basis. Our Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 30 people.

We are skilled at running any size of event and are here to take the stress away from you the organiser. You can be confident when choosing us, you know it will be a success.

Whether you are organizing a series of Interviews, Seminars, Business Meetings or Training Sessions we will be happy to accommodate you.

Any technical requirements you may have from access to modem points, projectors and screens can be organized. We have most equipment in-house however should you require anything more sophisticated we have recognised suppliers we regularly use and who come highly recommended.

Teas, coffees and home made shortbread can either be served in the meeting room or delegates have the opportunity to move to a break out area.

Catering can be arranged with an extensive buffet service available from our highly professional and experienced caterers.

The hourly room rate is dependent on room size, varying from £8.00 to £20.00

  • Half day rate (hours) is from £28.00 – £75.00

  • Full day rate (8 hours) is from £50.00 – £150.00
